Dogs, like humans, are living longer. and their longevity means a longer life to develop illnesses. Cancer is one of them and is becoming more prevalent in dogs. A couple of years ago a new dog clinic for cancer treatment opened in New York. It is a state-of-the-art facility. So much so that when my cameraman saw it for the first time commented that if he ever had to be treated for cancer he wished he could do it in a clinic like this one.
